Enjoy a three course meal using seasonal spring produce, cooked by our Head Chef, Rob Allen. Joining us for the evening will be Stuart Bond, sommelier at the Cavendish hotel in Baslow and wine writer for Derbyshire life.
Starter
Chorizo and Manchego cheese arancini served with tomato concassé

Smoked mackerel pâté on toasted sourdough with pickled shallot and vegetable ribbons and lemon balm

Pan fried sea bass, chorizo and rocket hash cakes and caper berry beurre blanc

Chicken ballotine stuffed with smoked cheese, sun-blushed tomato and basil, served with fondant potato, summer greens and a rich red wine jus

Deconstructed melba Eton mess with glazed peach, poached in brandy
