Enjoy a three course meal using seasonal spring produce, cooked by our Head Chef, Rob Allen. Joining us for the evening will be Stuart Bond, sommelier at The Cavendish Hotel in Baslow and wine writer for Derbyshire Life.
Starter
Mozzarella and minted pea arancini served with alioli

Smoked salmon gravadlax, toasted sourdough, salsa verdi, lemon butter and rocket
Main
Pan-fried sea bass, butternut squash and pumpkin seed gnocchi

Minted lamb shoulder with herb stuffing, dauphinoise potatoes, greens beans and rich red wine jus

Raspberry crème brûlée, shortbread and fruit compôte
