Enjoy a three course meal using seasonal spring produce, cooked by our Head Chef, Rob Allen. Joining us for the evening will be Stuart Bond, sommelier at the Cavendish Hotel in Baslow and wine writer for Derbyshire life. 

Starter

Chicken liver parfait served with onion chutney and toasted sourdough

Cod cheek scampi served with curry mayonnaise and scampi crumb

Main

Chicken supreme served with potato fondant, green beans and a forestiere sauce

or

Pan fried salmon served on a bed of sweet potato, green beans, and garlic and chive beurre blanc

Dessert

Sticky toffee pudding served with a homemade fruit cake ice cream

Rhubarb & rose panna cotta served with a lemon shortbread
