Enjoy a three course meal using seasonal spring produce, cooked by our Head Chef, Rob Allen. Joining us for the evening will be Stuart Bond, sommelier at the Cavendish hotel in Baslow and wine writer for Derbyshire life. 

Starter

Tempura soft shell crab with aioli, pickled ginger and rocket salad

Whipped goats cheese, served with beetroot, candied walnuts and a vibrant dill, parsley, chive and spinach oil dressing
 
Main course
 
Pan fried duck breast, served with fondant potato, apple purée and sweet and sour red cabbage with orange jus

4oz sea trout fillet, served with minted new potatoes, tomato, pepper and mixed leaf salad, charred lemon and lemon oil

Blackberry panna cotta with an almond biscotti
