Please read the following:
- If you are visiting between 7 November and 13 December inclusive, your tickets include access to the Christmas Market. Visits from 14 December onwards will not include the Christmas Market (the market ends on 13 Dec).
- Tickets cannot be refunded. You may amend your booking date and entry time up to 1 hr before your visit for a £5 modification fee via the 'Manage Your Booking' link provided in your booking confirmation.
- One car parking space is included per transaction. If you require additional car parking spaces, you must add these to your booking before you check out.
- After departure, there is no re-entry to the car park.
- These tickets are not valid for mini buses (i.e. vehicles with 10+ seats)
- Please ensure you check the opening times of our attractions, shops and restaurants before booking.
If you select the 'with donation' ticket option and you are a UK taxpayer, you can add Gift Aid to your booking at no extra cost.
