Our new Friends technical Helpdesk is designed to support our existing Friends manage their membership online, including help with booking tickets.
Our team can show you how to add photos and payment cards, set up and manage auto membership renewal, provide answers to common problems experienced when booking tickets, update your personal details (including adding email addresses), and show you how to access the Friends membership portal and navigate the online Friends Hub.
Simply call into the North Entrance Hall in the house on any of the days listed below. Use your Friends membership card for complimentary Friends parking and access to the house when you arrive.
