Important Notice - Accessible Toilets

Please note that while work is being carried out on the Stables Clock Tower and the Carriage House Café, there are no accessible toilets at the Stables. 

The nearest accessible toilet is located next to the Park Shop.

Carers

House, garden or farmyard tickets

Visitors with disabilities may bring one accompanying carer free of charge when paying for a full price ticket. Supporting documents are required at the entrances.

We accept the following documents as proof of eligibility:

• Disability Allowance letter
• PIP letter
• Access Pass
• Any other appropriate supporting documentation as issued by your local council 

Event tickets

For those taking part in workshops or courses, a free carer ticket is available as above on request. You will find details of who to email to request a carer ticket on the event page.

Please note that carer tickets do not include any course materials or resources. If your carer would like to take part in the course, and receive full materials and instruction, they would be required to purchase a full price ticket.
